TODAY IS DIFFERENT
What happens when we focus on the positive aspects of our lives?
What becomes more centralized in our lives?
If we take the 3% gradient we talked about in last week’s post and simply apply it to life in general, what will happen?
Well, let’s take a look at what we’ve learned so far so we can measure how far we’ve come to answer that question.
First, if you’re here, you’ve Accepted the Challenge to become the ARTIST you know you can be.
THE END GOAL? TO TRANSCEND THE EVERYDAY LIVINGNESS OF LIFE TO SEE THE WORLD THROUGH YOUR OWN EYES SO YOU CAN ACHIEVE HAPPINESS, SUCCESS, & FULFILLMENT.
Here are the 5 Steps it takes to become an ARTIST.
(Click here to read article introducing the 5 steps)
1 – ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE
2 – DEFINE THE RULES
3 – MASTER YOUR CRAFT
4 – INFUSE YOU
5 – ELEVATE YOUR SKILL
A short recap of Step 1. Accept The Challenge
(You can click here to go to the first post if you are a new reader. Hi Dianne! : )
1 - Be There
2 - Know Your Purpose
3 - Confront
We’ve spent several weeks addressing Accept The Challenge and that’s a really big deal! We’ve learned that it only takes a decision to create change in our lives. I mean we’ve been doing it for weeks now and wouldn’t you say, today is different?
We’ve seen that we have to be there, know our purpose and be able to confront the life we have already created before we can create the life we want.
So before we head off into Step 2 of becoming an ARTIST; Define The Rules, I give you a new challenge:
Look at your life and find every single thing that is beautiful, lovely and good. I’ve been referencing all that is lovely and good about you for weeks, but today I want you to own it. I want you to really find what is beautiful and lovely and good in your life.
Go ahead. Make your list. It's easier than you think. Just think about all the times you smiled or laughed or cried with joy
I’ll make mine too.
I will list things like...
The love in my life.
The freedom in my life.
All that there is to learn.
The people, the environment, the energy, the laughs, the travel, etc.
Great fun and memories with my husband Tab (L) and my cousin Todd on his boat in Long Beach, CA.
