
Last week we addressed the idea of being free to be. Today, we are going to delve into HOW to create the change you want to be!
The question is…
How can I change direction? How can I create the happiness, success, and fulfillment I know I deserve? How can I become the person I created last week in my list?
Well, here are a few of suggestions!
1. Change your environment.
This doesn’t mean you have to move to a new city. You can do some rearranging in your house, your apartment, your bedroom, or at work. The idea is to break the routine. Force yourself to create a new one, one that will create better results, one that will free you up to be.
2. Invite something totally new into your life.
Make a new friend, bring home a pet or find a new bookstore or gym. Open the door to new ideas and be willing to embrace those ideas that free you to create a world that makes you happy.

3. Find your purpose.
Anything we do in life is easier and flows more beautifully when we are aligned with our own personal drive. Please refer back to the earlier post, “Discover Your Purpose" if your need a refresher or would like to read it for the first time.
4. Follow the steps to becoming an ARTIST.
a. Accept the Challenge – Take an honest look at your life and see what is really going on, decide what you want to change about it and then decide that you CAN change it. – This is why last week’s list is so very important.
b. Define the Rules – Understand fully what it takes to be those things. Make a list of what you are going to do to change your habits or routines. Establish a time period to work on it. (I personally always commit to six weeks. This usually gives enough to time for new habits to take hold and then you don’t have to police yourself anymore.) Surround yourself with those who are also that kind of person on your list and more importantly Surround yourself with people who see in you everything on that list!
